A cheery welcome awaits you from Chris and Beryl at the Coach & Horses Inn at Bourton on the Water. Our history dates back to the 17th Century, when the original Coaching House and Stables would provide rest and food for weary travelers while their horses were changed or watered.

Today, we offer a cozy bar with a lounge area and a real log fire; a good choice of English beers as well as "American brands", and excellent home made food, served from the bar, or in our recently extended, nonsmoking restaurant. Many locals frequent our typical English country Pub and we hope you will take the opportunity to meet and chat with them in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. A large off road carpark is available for use by customers and guests.
